I am amazed by this dealership. I have received the up-most quality customer service here. Everyone is willing to help if you have an issue. Too, out of excitement for my car to come in, I've had the decency of being notified the whereabouts of my car from fantastic salespeople via email. Definitely recommend this dealership. My family is now on our 12th VW lease/own vehicle. I was thinking that I might be missing something ... and totally researched/compared/drove cars from all different dealerships, makes/models. My salesman from Fox, Ken Bourns, called me to let me know that I might want to come in and take a look and talk about what could be available for me. In my previous opinion, buying a car is right up there with all those "not very pleasant, but necessary" things to do in life. I walked through the doors completely guarded. The next day, as I drove away with my new car ... I couldn't believe how easy, stress-free, and absolutely happy I was with the ENTIRE process. How often does that happen ???? I forgot how much fun driving can be ... I LOVE MY NEW VEHICLE!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about the dealership because they are totally responsible for the excellent experience I had. I still can't believe it went that well! WOW!!! Be sure you include Fox VW / Ken Bourns in your search for a vehicle ... you won't be sorry!

I found myself in a sticky situation with my end of lease for my Mazda3 and thought I would be forced to buy out the car. The best decision I made was to stop in at Fox VW. I was looking at a minimum of $2,000 in over mileage and damage fees and Fox came through better than I could have ever imagined. They had the type of car I was looking for, worked with me to get my Mazda lease bought out, and got me into the car I wanted, for a price that was within my desired range. On top of all of that, I was treated in a truly friendly and professional manner. The staff, all the way from the Sales Manager, to the wonderful Salesman, as well as the Assistant Manager did everything they could to get me into my desired car and take care of the lease I was truly underwater in. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. It was a very pleasant, while unfamiliar experience for me. Thanks Fox VW!

I have purchased 4 VW's in the last 2 years from these guys. I do my homework on pricing and they always are the lowest. Plus, there is none of that dealer b.s! Just a good group of VW fans selling them for a living. Solid service dept as well.

We were involved in an accident with the 2010 Routan and our sales person handled everything for us including a free loaner car for the 9 days it was in their body shop. The quality of the work was excellent, and they kept me informed of the progress throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend Fox Volkswagen as their service after the sale is top notch.
